Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States or its Territories. We only ship within the United States.

Shipping Policy

CannaMAZE does its best to have all packages shipped from our fulfillment center by the next business day of your payment processing successfully. Certain situations may cause a delay in shipment. As of now we do not ship to Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, and South Dakota because those states consider CBD and THC-Free products illegal. Our shopping cart is designed in such way that orders will be automatically blocked if shipping address is in either Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, and South Dakota. The shipping time starts after the package has been shipped, which can lead up to 3 business days from initial purchase. CannaMAZE offers free shipping for domestic orders over $75 which will be sent using USPS. Depending on shipping location provided, the time it may take for your product to arrive, may vary. A confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your package is shipped. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refund Policy

CannaMAZE wants to make sure all customers are completely satisfied with each purchase; however, we do understand things happen. You can return most unopened, unused products within 7 days of being delivered. The allowable refund period for unopened packages is 7 days from the date of receiving your product (as observed with the tracking number). For a full-refund, you must confirm the package is unopened and ship the items back to us. You are responsible for the full postage costs of returning the package, unless CannaMAZE LLC management has determined that we are responsible for the shipping costs. In this case, we will send a pre-paid shipping label to return the package. Before processing the refund, we will need to inspect the package to determine that it is unopened and undamaged. Please allow for one full business day for this inspection period.

Refund Policy - Opened Packages

We have a strict no-refund policy on opened packages. If you are not satisfied or do not want the items, you can request an exchange or a store credit. The exchange or store credit must be requested within 7 days after receiving the package (as observed with the tracking number). We will need all the original item(s) for the applicable request back to our warehouse before issuing the exchange or store credit for these items. The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs unless CannaMAZE LLC management has determined otherwise. Please allow for one full business day inspection period once the good arrive back to us. After this time, customer support will either initiate the exchange shipment, or store issue a store credit.

Exchange & Store Credit Policy

All returned items that meet the opened and unopened refund policy requirements, are eligible for an exchange or store credit. Items to be exchanged must be returned to us before we issue a reshipment or store credit. Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless CannaMAZE LLC has determine otherwise. Please allow for a one full business day inspection period when the original goods arrive back to us. After this time, we will issue the exchange or store credit.

Lost or Stolen Shipment Policy

CannaMAZE LLC is not responsible for lost or confiscated shipments. The package is the full responsibility of the customer after it leaves our facility. It is important to ship your items to a secure and safe address. We are not liable for theft or damage that may result from leaving the item in a poorly secured area. CannaMAZE LLC is not liable for law enforcement confiscation after it leaves the hands of USPS. The customer is responsible to know the individual laws in their city and country in regards to hemp products. In the case of a USPS postal inspection, CannaMAZE LLC will work directly with the postal inspection to ensure its release. If the USPS postal service doesn’t release, CannaMAZE LLC will take full liability. Confiscation outside of the USPS system, will not be the responsibility of CannaMAZE LLC.

Order Cancellation & Shipping Policy

If you wish to cancel your order directly after purchasing or before we have shipped your item, then please contact us immediately with your order number. If you dont need to cancel but need to change the address or edit the contents of the order, it is important to message us as soon as possible before it ships. Customer support staff will be able to change these details before 12:00 PM EST, which is our shipping cutoff and drop off time

Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please email us at We will be happy to refund or replace your purchase. CannaMAZE will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on CannaMAZE will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store. Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used.

Delayed/Lost Packages

Except for rare occasions, our packages arrive on time with no delays. On a rare occasion a package will get lost in the mail, or arrive later than expected. Once we ship the item, your point of contact is the shipping courier (USPS). If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact USPS by calling 800-ASK-USPS and they are usually able to locate your package.

Coupon Codes and Discount Codes

Coupon codes and discount codes are NOT eligible for refunds and cannot be applied retroactively once an order is placed. If a code is not valid, stay tuned for new discount codes to be issued. Make sure to sign up to the CannaMAZE Community. If you wish to receive our newsletter which occasionally has coupon codes you can sign up through the Home Page on Please do not email our customer service team to request codes, when codes are activated we inform the CannaMAZE Community as a whole.
